At Saltbush, we know everyone is different and we want to help you dress for your individual shape. We will also look at your hair and skin colouring to ensure that your Saltbush outfit is as individually fabulous as you are.

Our in store stylists will also suggest make up tips and ways to wear your hair, but if you are unable to get to a Saltbush store, we will be developing an online form that you can fill out & return to us with a photograph of you. Then we will put together a special look and suggest items that will work together best for you, your lifestyle and shape.

Below, I have listed the five body shapes we work with and their descriptions.

Firstly, identify what shape you are by viewing your body as a whole and not breaking down your body into parts. We all talk about our individual figure challenges, boobs, hips, thighs etc., and although we have weight distributed differently on our bodies, in general we encounter the same five combinations of torso proportions that illustrate our body types. There is no wrong or right shape, all can be celebrated and look fabulous:

1.       Hourglass – Shoulders & hips are approximately the same width, with a defined waist.

2.       Inverted triangle – Shoulders are wider than hips with little definition at the waist.

3.       Triangle: Shoulders and torso are narrower than width of hips.

4.       Rectangle – Width of shoulders & hips similar with little or no waist definition.

5.       Oval – Shoulders & hips are similar width, with wider waist & middle.
