May I order by fax or mail?
Yes, to download an order form right click here and select 'Save Target As...' and save the file to your computer.
The file is an Adobe Acrobat Portable Document File (PDF) which requires a program called Acrobat to view it. If you do not have Acrobat, you can download a free viewer from www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html

Australian money order - Made out to Saltbush Clothing Company - goods will be dispatched on the following working day after we receive payment.
Sorry, but we do not accept international cheques or money orders. All prices are in Australian dollars. If you are from outside Australia, your credit card company will convert the charges into your currency. Orders from outside Australia may incur local taxes or duties which are the customers responsibility. If any goods are out of stock, we will contact you by e-mail within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Terms and Conditions of Sale and Supply of Goods
All Saltbush clothing is Australian designed. All prices are in Australian dollars and include 10% GST (Goods and Services Tax). International orders are GST exempt.
Every attempt has been made to reproduce the colour of items as accurately as possible. Some slight variations may occur due to photographic or scanning processes or monitor resolution.
Goods will be sent on the next working day after your order and payment are received. If for some reason the item you have chosen is unavailable, you will be notified by e-mail or phone & we will offer you an alternated item or refund.
What if I am not happy with my purchase?
If you are not happy with your garment, we will happily refund or exchange it. Please contact us via e-mail at sales@saltbush.com.au or phone. Please return with sales invoice in original condition with tags attached within 7 days of receipt of goods.
Am I able to be refunded if I am not happy with my purchase?
If you are not happy with your garment, return it within 7 days of receipt of goods in original condition with tags in their original position for a full refund of the garment price (freight and postage are not refundable).
I need another size, am I able to exchange my purchase?
If you require another size please contact us via e-mail at sales@saltbush.com.au or phone and return your garment in original condition within 7 days of receiving it and we will send another immediately. These will be sent free of postage charge (orders within Australia). Sale items will incur additional postage.
Refunds for exchange or refund
Please send us an email request prior to returning your item for exchange or refund.
- Item to be returned within 7 days of receipt of goods.
- Items must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, with tags and any spare items (eg.; buttons) still attached.
If the requirements are not met, your exchange / refund may be denied.
How will my goods be delivered to me?
Orders within Australia will be processed and sent on the next working day after we receive your order and payment. Goods are sent via Australia Post receipted delivery, so if you work away from home during business hours, it may be a good idea to have your order delivered to your work address or a post office box.
